Bobbys Schiedam Genever, named after Jacobus Alfons (known to his friends and family as Bob or Bobby), is a delicately balanced distilled spirit that took nearly two years to develop. All eight botanicals are distilled separately, without the addition of any additives, sugars, or extracts, to achieve a pure and authentic taste.
Bobbys Jenever is a meticulous gin that uses only 4% maltwine and five herbs, without any additional additives, to achieve a pure taste. Inspired by Indonesian elements such as lemongrass, juniper berries, cardamom, grains of paradise, and ginger, the gin is produced using Fractional Distillation to obtain the distilled spirits from each ingredient, which are then blended and diluted to 38% ABV.
